“I don't have any massage chair show rooms near me so I made the 2 and half hour trip to Atlanta to visit True Life. I ended up spending about 4 or 5 hours there trying out numerous different brands of chairs. Kristy was an immense help in trying to figure out which chair worked the best for me. I did end up making a purchase that day. The chair had to be ordered but Kristy communicated very well with me. It didn't take long for the chair to arrive and Kristy worked with me to have it delivered. The two guys that brought it to my house carried it upstairs and set it up while paying very close attention to making sure they didn't damage the chair or anything in my house. I was very impressed! Would definitely recommend True Life and Kristy if you are considering purchasing a massage chair.”

“The entire experience was great. The team was very polite and friendly, and I felt zero pressure from them to buy anything. They were both very helpful in explaining the different features of the different chairs that they offer. I did extensive online shopping looking for other local showrooms where I could test drive the chairs, but they all appeared to be more expensive. I realized that some designs were great for me and some were not, so though there are online chairs that appeared to be less expensive, I consider that route very risky. The price I paid was very good and fair for the quality chair I bought. The delivery was perfect. I was notified ahead of time that they were on their way. The gentlemen both took care to wipe everything down, such as the dolly rollers before bringing it into the house. The chair received the white glove treatment with a full wipe down prior to the operation being explained to me. I would recommend that if you are looking for a massage chair, to take the time to visit True Life and try different models of chairs to see which works for you.”

“We recently decided to purchase a zero gravity massage chair and Tru Life was our first stop. Andrew was very informative and low pressure. He let us take our time exploring the chairs and finding the right fit. There was also a huge selection to try, other stores only had 3-4 chairs. When we told him we were going to try other companies, he remained friendly and helpful. We ultimately came back and purchased a chair. Delivery was next day and the delivery guys were very careful bringing such a large chair into the house without doing any damage to themselves or the house. Overall this was such a pleasant experience and was much better than any other store we visited. Highly recommend!”

“We received "Awesome" professional service from Andrew and Christy. There are no massage chair warehouses near us, so we had to travel 2 hrs to True Life. It was worth the drive. The store is well stocked. We were able to take our time to try out different chairs without being rushed. “Large selection from most vendors and has stuff on the floor noone else does in the area and maybe the state. Carries a lot of inventory. No pressure even though I visited multiple times for multiple hours. White glove service was good and pricing was competitive. I bought a relatively small-volume chair special order and they were respectful of my communication preferences and regularly updated me and answers questions very promptly during standard business hours. Very knowledgeable. They also have a house brand that seemed to be a good value at the mid and upper end but didn't have a specific niche feature that mattered a lot to me. Notably has upper-end Loraco, Infiniti, Osaki, Panasonic, and Inada on the floor to try.”

“I don’t normally do reviews but I had to do one for kristy a very nice lady and more than just a salesperson. She took the time to show me everything she had to help me make the right decision. I told her that I had a 29 inch doorway so she showed me what would and wouldn’t go through that opening. I drove 400 miles round trip so I could demo the chair I bought and glad I did. Also took a friend with me that bought one as well. The delivery and setup went well. We are both well satisfied and highly recommend ume.”

“Absolutely outstanding service! I had been looking for a massage chair for a while. Kristy took the time to help me find the most cost effective chair for my wants and needs. I did not feel like I was speaking with a saleswoman, but rather a friend helping me navigate all of the pros and cons of the different options. After purchasing on Friday afternoon, it was delivered the following Monday (yup, only 3 days!). The gentlemen that delivered the chair were more than outstanding! They figured out how to get it through the abnormally small doorway and took care to place it where I wanted while ensuring it was as close as possible to the walls. “I just wanted to tell everyone how life changing my chair has been for me. It has been transformative in my life allowing me to work out 4 days a week. Before this my back problems were hindering my ability to do a hard workout. I am a rock climber and I was starting to get depressed until I found this solution.
